Operations Team Leader

We’re a fast-growing company and have recently upgraded our operations with advanced warehouse automation. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every order moves quickly and accurately — thanks to our collaborative warehouse team.

YOUR MISSION

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Warehouse maintenance and records
• Work with purchasing to establish supplier reporting
• Recommendations for warehouse efficiency
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Improve customer experience
• Manage stock control and reconcile with WMS/ERP
• Identify areas for process improvements
• Produce reports and statistics for managemnet updates
• Participate in department budget annualy
• Identify cost saving opportinuties
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
• Create a safety program to ahere to OSHA standards
• Other duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE

• Prior experience supervising, training, or guiding team members and volunteers
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software to track inventory
• Knowledge of cycle counts, barcode scanning, and shipping/receiving workflows
• Clear verbal and written skills to give instructions and coordinate with management.
• Ability to fix shipping errors, workflow bottlenecks, or inventory mismatches quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to minimize errors in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work through workflow issues or employee conflicts
• Experience with KPI’s and performance tracking
