Business Assistant to the Group CEO (all genders)

YOUR MISSION
As Business Assistant to the CEO of the Group, you will support senior management in strategic, operational and organisational matters, ensuring effective coordination, transparency and follow-up across key business activities and initiatives.
- Support the CEO of the Group and the Executive Assistant in administrative, operational and business-related activities, ensuring efficient information flow and follow-up across Group Functions.
- Prepare analyses, management reports, presentations, business reviews, KPI reporting and decision-making materials, consolidating relevant business information and data.
- Support business planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as the preparation of business cases and investment proposals.
- Coordinate strategic and operational projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and action items, and providing regular status updates to management.
- Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects and process improvements, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
- Prepare business cases, presentations, workshops and management reports, translating complex information into clear and actionable insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research and maintain an overview of strategic initiatives, key programmes and relevant management information.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, ideally complemented by additional education in the other discipline.
- You bring along 3–8 years of professional experience in a Business Assistant, Project Coordinator, Management Support, PMO or similar role.
- You have strong project management, business analysis, reporting and coordination skills, with a solid understanding of business and organisational processes.
- You bring along excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable management materials.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, combined with a proactive, analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- You are a structured, reliable and solution-oriented professional who combines strong analytical and organisational skills with a hands-on approach.
- You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities and operating across an international and cross-functional environment.
- Fluent German and English skills required, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
