Marketing Specialist 80-100% (all genders)

YOUR MISSION

You will be based in Germany, working closely with your leader in Switzerland to support the following key activities:

• Support in global marketing projects such as trade fairs and webinars
• Create and manage Newsletters, as well as CRM database administration
• Plan and coordinate social media campaigns particularly on LinkedIn
• Maintain website performance, including SEA, SEO and GEO optimization
• Support the marketing department with a range of administrative and coordination tasks 

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational background in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar
• Relevant marketing experience within B2B and/or high‑tech contexts
• Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools will be a plus
• Strong attention to detail, with an open mind and creative approach
• Proactive and structured work style with a high sense of responsibility
• Passion for growing your expertise in marketing
• Fluent in English and German. Additional languages are a plus
