Group Accountant Accounts Receivables (all genders)

YOUR MISSION:

• You take care of the daily payment processing and accurately book payments from both domestic and international customers.
• You control, clear, and monitor open items and due invoices within your assigned customer area.
• You conduct regular follow-ups for due invoices via phone and written communication.
• You ensure the customer master data is up-to-date and accurate.
• You assist in major customer escalation cases in collaboration with the Accounts Receivables Team Leader and Head of Finance and Controlling in Switzerland.
• You actively support ongoing projects aimed at improving financial processes, such as digitalization and credit risk analysis.
• You handle intercompany postings for both debtors and creditors, and you ensure clean, correct, punctual, and traceable booking of customer payments.

YOUR PROFILE:

• You bring along an accounting clerk or comparable qualification, with a bachelor’s degree in economics or finance.
• You have over 3 years of experience in financial accounting, specifically focusing on accounts receivable.
• You have very good MS Office skills as well as in-depth understanding of accounts receivable processes.
• You are a collaborative and supportive team member with a highly communicative and open personality.
• You are fluent in both English and German.
