Are you a committed and service-oriented Executive Assistant who can effectively engage with various stakeholders, demonstrate persistence and flexibility, and handle challenges with agility? YOUR MISSION

  • You actively support our Group CTO in his daily business activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • You plan internal and external workshops, meetings, events and organize travels.
  • You assist and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and other essential documents for internal and external meetings, including customer visits. 
  • You undertake a variety of interesting tasks in support of the Group Engineering team such as leading small projects and handling diverse HR related topics including administration and planning of trainings.
  • You prepare meeting minutes, manage calendars, handle emails and correspondence in both German and English, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You bring along a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar studies, which provides a solid foundation for this role. 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistance) and ideally you have already had some experience in a technology/engineering environment. 
  • You are proficient in IT tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Office 365. 
  • You have excellent English and German skills.
  • You are a proactive, open-minded, and an independent individual with a strong team spirit. 
  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with your commitment to service orientation, makes you a great asset to the organization. 
  • You handle challenges with resilience and flexibility, maintaining a positive attitude even under pressure.
