Business Segment Leader Sealing Technology (all genders)

Do you have a strong and ambitious leadership personality? Are you ready to shape the management and the development of our Sealing Technology Segment at Angst + Pfister Italy? 

YOUR MISSION:

• You will manage and develop the Sealing Technology Business Segment and lead the Product/ Application Engineering Team.
• You will be responsible for the sales activities and sales planning in accordance with the objectives of the national company and the group.
• You will drive successful and profitable product strategies and placements in the market.
• You will play an important role in new customer acquisition and acting as an active sales partner with our customers.
• You will lead important key customer projects and drive innovation.

 YOUR PROFILE:

• You have a technical degree (Bachelor or technical education) or equivalent.
• You have 5+ years of management experience with P&L responsibility, ideally in technical sales of industrial components in the OEM business.
• You bring along a strong experience in the area of sealing technology.
• You have already gained experience in people management and led a team of technical experts.
• You are a born ambitious leader with excellent communication and technical problem- solving skills.
• Your mother tongue is Italian, and you are proficient in English. Your travelling activity will be around 30%.
