YOUR MISSION:
- Define and communicate a clear and compelling digital architecture vision that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain the digital architecture, including business processes, capabilities, applications, and infrastructure in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain governance processes for architectural decision-making.
- Design and oversee the information system architecture, including data models, databases, integration strategies, as well as hardware, software and infrastructure components.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Develop and present business cases for proposed architectural changes.
- Plan and oversee the migration of systems and applications from current to target architectures.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Higher Education in Computer Science or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry.
- A strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, as well as digitalization strategies applied within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in modeling and graphic representations, including analytical skills to assess existing environments and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
- The ability to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
- Good leadership and motivational skills.
- TOGAF certification is a plus.
